Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received a standing ovation after an appearance at Syracuse University today.
Hillary rocked a ponytail, fuchsia jacket and some classic First Lady-style pearls. And, before she could step off campus, she got a new nickname at ‘Cuse and on the WWW: #HBIC (a.k.a. Head B*tch In Charge).
