Miley Cyrus has notoriously been getting tatted up since she was 17 — and, while we’ve had our doubts about some of her decisions, her latest piece of ink definitely gets the Glittarazzi stamp of approval.
Miley chose to get a quote tattooed on her arm.
Specifically, it’s a quote from a speech made my President Theodore Roosevelt, which says: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
